Wendy’s litigation practice includes public law, regulatory work and civil and commercial disputes. She regularly appears in the senior courts, as well as in public inquiries.
Wendy worked in law firms in New Zealand and London and at Crown Law before joining the independent Bar in 2007. She was appointed King’s Counsel in 2024.
Wendy graduated from the University of Canterbury in 1994 with a conjoint Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (French) and holds a Master's degree in Law with Honours from Victoria University of Wellington.
